Are you referring to something like the Samsung "TouchWiz" multi-window environment? If so, on my Samsung tablet I use the "mw-pen app enabler" to "window-ize" apps (like K9) that aren't already enabled for that. It uninstalls/re-installs an app (or will install a new one directly from a .apk you have on your device). For installed apps, what happens to settings depends on how the app stores them. With some, the settings are intact after the re-install. For K9 I had to re-import the settings. Once set up "window-ized" K9 works great, as expected. I would expect that K9 would probably behave just as well in some other windowing/multi-window environment. - Richard -- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the K-9 Mail Users List.
