Each of my 7 accounts have been given a different colour but nowhere is it shown to indicate or remind me what account I am actually reading the emails from unless you mean that I need to be reading the messages from within the unified inbox.
The messages only show a letter which seems to taken from the email address and has a colour but not all the same colour. Peter Sent from my Android tablet, with K-9 Mail. Please excuse my brevity.
