I just had the same problem and here is a workaround: go into the settings 
for that account, and change either the host name or port to something else 
(doesn't matter if that doesn't work - just something else). This will 
remove the trust from the accepted certificate. Then revert your change to 
the correct settings, and you should see the warning again.

I didn't find a GUI for doing this, but then I stopped searching after 
finding the workaround.

I found this reading the source code in about 10 minutes. It ain't that 
bad. :)
