A winmail.dat file is a proprietary m$ file format. The sender needs to fix their m$ outlook configuration. What is a winmail.dat file? If Microsoft Outlook is badly configured it sends attachments as a file called "winmail.dat" or "ATT0001.dat". This is a binary file and unusable with any other mail program except MS Outlook. <https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Recipients-receive-a-winmaildat-attachment-1735ba97-39b8-40d4-ba17-0e0150ef87a8?CorrelationId=962a64e3-2990-443c-8e25-7829c274739a&ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US> -- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the K-9 Mail Users List.
