Depends how you installed the version you are running. If you loaded it
manually, it may not check for updates. If you have auto-updates disabled, it
won't auto update, you'd have to go to the store manually.
My recommendation would be that if you want to make sure you're running the
latest stable build, install through the play store and make sure auto-update
is on.
