Is there any consideration for adding a setting to auto-delete trash items (deleted items) which are more than X days old (e.g. permanently remove all deleted items more than 30 days old)? This would be a great help to have this automatically handled. I often find that the deleted items size gets away from me because my normal use is to delete the inbox items and move on. The trash piles up and eventually can be an issue, at the very least slowing down access to the trash folder.
If someone in their spare time could see about adding this feature, it would definitely help me, but likely others.
