Hi all,

I have reported what I feel may be a bug in k9mail before but I cannot recall
if I received a reply or suggestion as to what is happening, or not as the case
may be.

I am getting a huge amount of unsolicited emails and rather than going through
the list one by one I tend to do a long press on one of the offending emails
and select 'select more from this sender' once the list is produced, sometimes
40 or 50+ I then choose the option 'select all' and then hit the delete icon.

Unfortunately even though all the messages may have been selected and ticked
they disappear from the screen for a split second only to return in the list,
often just minus a few from the displayed list, I have to repeat this process
several times to get rid of them all.

Surely if a mail is marked as deleted it should be deleted unless the search
function is also throwing up the message from the trash folder, but that
doesn't explain why the process I'm using is not deleting all the messages in
one pass and having to repeat it over and over and over again ?

Please can the developers fix this issue.

PS... Does anyone know of a s p a m mail filter add on for k9mail or a way to
auto delete specific emails depending on say domain names or key words,
TypeMail has this facility but lacks some of k9mail's advanced features which I
really like.
