I can't tell what you're asking. Are you a representative of a mail service provider that would like their defaults included in K-9, or are you trying to do this for personal use? Poking at the source code (as you can too) I see that there is an xml file that contains the setup details for a number of providers. If you're from a mail service provider, I'd talk with the developers about getting your services' details added. If the latter, you could add what you're after to that file and compile. Alternatively you could try to muck with that file at the .apk level. Obviously you'd need to do this every time there is a new release.
