I'm going to suspect that WPS doesn't do the multi-part headers
quite right when trying to attach the pdf to a K-9 message. You
could look at the raw version of messages where you attach using WPS
vs. FileExplorer vs the "sent" mail. My bet, given that "sent" is
ok, is  that there's a problem with the "Content-Transfer-Encoding"
part with WPS as that matters when the message goes out through a
mail server while not as much for on-device "sent" mail.
