I'm trying to find out if there are any ways to trigger a mail fetch via some automated means (other than the standard periodic polling). From some searching on prior threads on this list, it looks like the answer might be no, but any previous references I could find were years old. Has anything changed? Is there any way for me to start a mail fetch in K-9 from an external trigger (e.g. Tasker) via intents or some such?
