How you print from your Android device, in general, depends on its OS version. I think that system-level printer support was introduced in the 5.1 range (I have a 5.0.2 device that doesn't have the concept). So, if you have a newer version you can install a print service plugin for your approach to printing. Once you've done that, an attachment can be printed via the direct-print capabilities of the application (e.g., acrobat for pdfs) that you select to open the attachment, either via K-9 or directly from your filesystem. K-9 doesn't have a direct-print capability, something that it would be nice if it had. So, a kludge approach to printing a message[body] is to take a screenshot of the message and print that. If you have an older Android release, that doesn't support system-level printer setup, then printing is more ad-hoc. -- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the K-9 Mail Users List.
