When I check subfolders on my smartphone, while away from home, I can easily open the main folders, but any subfolders just show up blank (no emails in them). I get a message that I can "Load up to 50 more" but nothing happens. I do see settings for class 1 and 2 folders but I don't quite understand how those settings work or if they apply.
