I was searching for an email that I read on my Samsung Galaxy S5 but it is not there. But if I search for the persons name, the whole conversation of emails I've had with this person are there. My emails are sorted by the date they arrived. I tried sorting by other methods to see if the missing email shows up but it doesn't. How do I keep all emails visable, whether or not I've read them. (PS: other read emails are showing in grey denoting that I've read them so I can't figure out why this person's email is not showing too). I tried searching for past issues on this but did not discover any help that would apply to me since my settings are to sort by date of arrival (and not read versus unread). Thanks!
