I'm sure someone out there has discovered this also but the storage on SD card is buggy and I would recommend an advisement about users choosing this option.
I have a S7 and configured K9 to use SD card and it's not stable for displaying emails on accounts. If I change storage to local, the reliability and consistency of displaying emails properly is much better. Could it be the SD card? Could it be Android talking to SD card? K9 ? There are a lot of factors. I think it's a fantastic feature but I'm concerned that some might encounter issues and say it's a K9 issue. Love K9.
