Hello 

I've had a problem for over a year now with K9 hanging for ages when 
checking IMAP mail for a second time. The issue goes something like this: 

- Have phone connecting to Internet via mobile phone network 
- Have mail accounts set to never poll so that you have to manually check 
them. 
- Check mail accounts (succeeds) 
- (After some time, eg, an hour) 
- Check mail again 

Result: mail checking hangs for a long time (minutes) before it completes. 
Like something is timing out before a connection can be re-established for 
the operation to complete. 

A work around is to kill K9 in the task manager and check mail from a new 
instance. 

If I set you up an email account with my hosting provider, would that help 
in diagnosing and resolving the issue?
