Hi there, I've been using K-9 for a very long time now (in fact I think it was the first app I installed on my first Android phone) and I've been very happy with it.
But recently, we switched our company mail servers to Exchange and ever since I added the new server (as IMAP) to K-9, I get vibration alerts for new mail. I've checked the notification settings on the new account, as well as on all other existing accounts, and they all have vibration turned off. What's even stranger, the vibration pattern is nothing like those available in K-9. It's two very short bursts in quick succession, shorter and closer together than the patterns from the notification settings. I've tried turning vibration on and off a couple of times, but that didn't help... Does anybody have an idea how/where to switch this off? -- -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the K-9 Mail Users List.
