It depends on the we.  I guess you can fund the k-9 developer to write
these features for you, or you can write them.

I suspect that everyone contributing to Free Software for android also
has regular computers.  That leads to wanting the phone to be
efficiently able to do the things you need to do when not at your
computer, not to solve problems like migration between ISPs that happen
once every few years.

I would call that unusafe and therefore not that useful :-)
