The only way I know, is "export settings and accounts" from K-9 to a file, edit this file to duplicate the <account>...</account> segment you want (change the creds and whatever you need, AND make sure to make the account UUID unique over all accounts UUIDs - caution it's XML, do it only if you feel comfortable w/ editing such kind of contents), then from K-9, import the modified file back, selecting the newly created account ONLY - uncheck everything else.
