I persuaded a friend to purchase one of the Fire (7") tablets. He has fully functioning K9 bt emails on his Android phone but we cannot for the life of us set up the outgoing server on the Fire for btintenet.com. Incoming is fine.
We have tried all possible settings. The 'standard' outgoing K9 settings on the Android phone do NOT work. BT are claiming it is an 'Amazon' problem as they have 'fiddled with the Android system'.
