Unfortunately I receive one (push) notification every two days... that is quite much more than not stable. I have set up 25 folders myself (I only check 2, that is Inbox and Sent) and IDLE refresh every 5 minutes.
Very annoying as I use K-9 for my office e-mails and I should receive and check new messages as soon as I can.
