Hi, Unfortunately I have same/similar problem. My emails are delayed in arriving - syncing seems to be irregular. Have had it since my Android version was updated a month or so ago on my S7. Would love problem to be fixed as I think K-9 Mail is the best email client. Am using GMail alongside K9mail at present. Geoff P
