While discovering it, I wonder about the following: for new folders, why is the default push class "2nd" and not "none" like the display class? It seems to me that the default does not matter, since one can choose "all except none" as well as "all except 2nd" in the various places where folders are distinguished by class. So in a way "2nd" and "none" are interchangable. Why not assign "none" to all classes of new folders by default? Wouldn't that be simpler and more consistent?
