I've been using K-9 mail for a couple of years now and have been very happy with it. I just upgraded my phone from a Google Nexus 5 to a Samsung J7 Prime. Everything seems to be fine EXCEPT- on the Nexus 5 I could go to Account Settings> Notifications>New Mail Ringtone and K-9 would ask me which app I want to use to select a new mail ringtone. On the Samsung I don't get the option to use an app to select a ringtone and I can only select a handful of built-in ringtones, even though I have lots of ringtones loaded on the phone. Other apps allow me to select these ringtones, so I know the phone can play them. What's causing this difference? Is there a workaround?
