I get a lot of mail with attached photos and almost always the thumbnail image that shows up before I open the image is not the image in the email. It is usually an image that was sent to me at some point but not the one in that email. Then when I open the image I sometimes get an image displayed that isn't the image that was sent in the email. This does happen less when I tell it to download the complete message before I open the image but it still happens. Some email sources are more prone to this than others.
