Hi, I have two Android devices Galaxy S8 and Tab S2 running Android 8 and 7 respectively.
K-9 Mail 5.403 installed on both. When setting up my S8, IMAP "Fetching mail" I can choose both SSL/TLS or STARTTLS and successfully connect with my email server. However, my TAB S2 will only work if I choose "None" (no secure connection) with the same email server... If I choose SSL/TLS or STARTTLS I get the error message " Cannot connect to server. (Unable to connect)". Previously I have been able to securely connect with SSL/TLS or STARTTLS on both devices. Problem started approximately one month ago (have not had the time to look into this before now). Anyone else experiencing the same problem? Any suggestions are much welcome!
