Yes, and should better be updated even if you decided to adopt something else.

Interesting...  Looks like another ad-hoc implementation of a limited subset of 
LDAP (the first was HKP).  Anyway, how am I supposed to use it?  I’ve only got 
an error:

| $ gpg --auto-key-locate wkd --locate-keys [email protected]
| gpg: error retrieving '[email protected]' via WKD: No name
| gpg: error reading key: No name

Do not these items contradict each other?
