You brought an interesting question. Using the File Manager, I tried to locate the internal files of the application via the following path : Phone > Android > data I just hoped to find (e.g.) io.github.k9mail there but such a folder does not exist.
What about putting a SD card ; in k9 move your folder to the sd card via Account > Settings, the remove your sd card or copy to your favorite PC using a cable. I have not tested this solution.
