Heyaz. Am forwarding Oleg's email along to the DEVEL
email list; am sure he scared the BizDev folks haunting
the other list. :)
I too am seeing the access violation during runtime.
Anyone have an hour to look into it?

Also, another low-hanging piece of fruit is to
rename the top-level project "Kaboodle" instead of "EchoFree".
Similar with the variable names: VC tells me I can do a global
find-replace (am being careful with case: there's about 240
"EchoFree"'s and 40 or so "ECHOFREE"'s), but isn't actually
making any changes. Once I convince it to change the files,
and it compiles&runs cleanly, I'll commit them into the CVS
server. After that...I'll direct the CVS checkins to send an
email to this list.
        Thanks!

Subject: [Kaboodle-user] 1 nov 2001 VPN Status report

1 nov 2001 VPN Status report
-----------------------------

I rearranged the project tree so as to make it easy to handle. There are two
projects in my workspace now: EF and GnucleusProto, and the first depends on
the second. They are compiled with no errors or warnings as both debug and
release versions.
I encountered certain difficulties fixing the bug with CreateSocet (a
handled exception: 0xC0000005 Access violation in Create(VPN_PORT)). It is
taking me a little longer then I expected.

Oleg.
