Heyaz. This is an announcement that version 0.95 of the
Kaboodle LAN-Management utility for Windows has been released.
This will likely be the last pre-release version before version
1.0 is unleashed on the world.

Kaboodle is similar to other "VNC helper" applications
like VNC Manager and Zebedee. It distinguishes itself by being
a collection of many smaller utilities, all in one place (hence
it's name). I hope some of you find that it makes your VNC
experience easier. In fact...if it's not the easiest way to
find all the VNC servers on your LAN, manage a list of passwords
for them, and establish an encrypted tunnel to connect securely
to them, I'll eat a bug. :)

        Improvements from version 0.90 include:

1. A cleaner GUI with added device icons for appliances (like
a LinkSys router). Still just a 256 web-safe color palette.

2. Improved VNC logging to see who connected and when to your
   VNC server.

3. Added an "autostart now" button so you can easily dial in
whatever port you want WinVNC to listen to and just click
   it to start.

For secure'ifyng VNC, the encrypted tunneling capability
using 128-bit blowfish. I plan on adding DFE key-exchange in
version 1.0 for these connections.

You can find the new binary in the usual places:

Any comments/feedback/suggestions (and, okay, bug reports)
appreciated!

cheers,
Scott
