Subject: Remote install on windows O/S

I have tried to install vnc on to a remote Windows XP and Win2k Pro machine and get the following message

I am running kaboodle on WinXP Pro and am using TightVNC. I am assuming that the application file should use the vnc file in the helper file.

Best Regards
