James:
Hello! So...were *you* able to connect to GetEngaged.net and
download the two files? If so, I'd be interested in hearing what type
of OS and web-browser your colleague is using. I'll look thru the log
files to see if Apache log'd an error I can work with. In the meanwhile,
if you've no trouble logging in, perhaps you could download the
files for your colleague?
Regarding Kaboodle, yes, it's still be developed. Most of our
resources right now are being put into the KaboodleProxy service
to make GetEngaged VPN's very easy to use. After that, I plan on
updating Kaboodle with both a GUI update and a new GetEngaged
interface. Kaboodle would be much easier to use if we ran an
application-server on the GetEngaged server, removing the need
for a web-browser's involvement.
Hope this helps!

Hello there:
My colleagues and I recently downloaded your neat little tool to set
up a
VPN between our respective sites. We thus went through the steps and
so
forth but got stuck in one place. After my colleague registered at
getengaged.net and successfully created a partnership, he could not
subsequently download the .ecf files that were required. He
repeatedly got
a permissions denied error page. Could you assist us with this?
Furthermore, is this tool being further developed? It is a pretty
interesting combination.
Cheers,
James
