Heya. I haven't updated the pictures yet (these were drawn up
using the older version, not the 1.0 release), but please try following
the directions here:

It sounds like you haven't yet registered for GetEngaged. Once
you install a registration file, you'll be able to add echoServer
entries in the "Setup -> GetEngaged -> KaboodleProxy" tab.
