After the cvs-remove-deleted-files fixup, there was a still a missing
struct definition in the intrp engine. I've just committed a patch to
add that back. I also tweaked the TruncatedClass.java test case, and
checked in some minor cleanups for kaffevm/baseClasses.c and
kaffevm/debug.c.
I only tested it on Linux/x86.
