Hi, I got this help from Victor that make the mysql - kaffe possible (maybe it is known long time since, but just wish to share it out :))
Do the following:- "set env variable export CLASSPATH=$CLASSPATH: mysql-connector-java-2.0.14-bin.jar assuming you are using bash" Now, kaffe sees the mysql-j connector. A big thank you to Victor King Best regards, Calvin ----- Original Message ----- From: "cal kaiwen" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>; <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Monday, February 10, 2003 11:52 AM Subject: Re: [kaffe] supported JDBC drivers > Hi, > > I managed to set up kaffe on a linux without any difficulty. > I can get the following, when I do > java -version. > > [root@son-ag Users]# java -version > Kaffe Virtual Machine > Copyright (c) 1996-2000 > Transvirtual Technologies, Inc.
