Could you try the new CVS ? I moved some code in config/i386. For the 
other architectures, I continue
to move the code.
By the way, it isn't possible to support CygWin32 for the moment 
(because it doesn't export the signal context
to the application). Maybe we should send a feature request to cygwin 
developers ...
