[kaffe] iconv not included

Hi,

When building the CVS version of kaffe, I found that iconv
was not included:

checking for iconv... no, consider installing GNU libiconv

I configurerd it this way:

CPPFLAGS="-I/usr/local/include" \
  ./configure \
    --prefix=/disk/kaz/work/kaffe-inst \
    --with-libiconv-prefix=/usr/local

which worked when I built the CVS version dated
"ChangeLog head: 2004-01-11  Dalibor Topic <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>".
