Replaced macro by static inline function

        * kaffe/kaffevm/verify.c
        (failInVerifyMethod): New static inline function.
        (FAIL) Removed.
        Replaced use of FAIL by failInVerifyMethod.
        (cleanupInVerifyMethod) Always derefence numBlocks before use.
