This is a patch to clean up the includes in the rest of the files in
clib. There are a few more that need to be changed, but they involve
headers I have not looked at. It seems that HEAD is currently not
building on My SuSE 9.1/OS X. Gets stuck rebuildLib. YellowDog is
still running.
I have upgrade to autoconf 2.59 and automake 1.8.
