Seems like I'm not detecting it, here's the relevant snippets from config.log:

Thanks for the quick reply. I've got a few more questions. I'm searching for some replacement functions meanwhile.
Are isinf and isnan defined as macros somewhere, by an odd chance? Is HAVE_ISNAN or HAVE_ISINF defined in config/config.h in the build directory?
