Kaffe works on the OSKit out of the box (well, it will compile at
least). Depending on why you want to use Ecos, the OSKit might be
sufficient. http://www.cs.utah.edu/flux/oskit/. (I work in the
research group that developed the OSKit, and help keep Kaffe and the
OSKit in synch, so I'm not an unbiased source of info.)
I don't think an Ecos port has been attempted yet.
