Compiling Windows 9x with cgywin 1.1

Has anyone successfuly built binaries of Kaffe on the
Windows 9x platform?  I am running into some
difficulty (during compilation - messages about
invalid types), but before I stated my exact problem,
I wanted to know if this was even possible and what
steps need to be taken to get Kaffe running fully on
the Windows platform.
