A few comments:
 - Qualitative description is good, would you mine pulling the numbers
for -dev -user mailing list traffic for embellishment?
 - Last time [1] we raised to the Incubator PMC/Board issues with regard
to our release attempts.  We have not released since (I *think* for
unrelated reasons). Are we satisfied that those are resolved?
