Yeah Neha's comment is maybe a little confusing. To clarify all code is available on the 0.8 branch in the public svn, there is no code that anyone has that will be made available. What Neha is saying is that there are still some known bugs and missing features on that branch that various people are working on--that code is not written yet or still being review on the project JIRA. Our hope was to have a feature complete version that address currently known issues pretty soon (oct), and then we are giving our selves a few months to do deeper stress testing and limited production launches before we propose an official apache release. Depending on your risk tolerance you may be interested in the oct date which would have something functionally complete that passes basic integration/stress tests but likely not completely glitch free, or in the final release.
