Title:
  close database file straight after building

Status in KaliVeda data analysis framework:
  Fix Released
Status in KaliVeda 1.8 series:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  when databases are built (i.e. a dataset is selected for the first time), the
DataBase.root file is not
  closed until the end of the ROOT session/programme execution.
  so if anything goes wrong (or execution is aborted by the user) the file is
on disk but not closed
  manual intervention is required to remedy the situation (either a
gDataSet->GetDataBase("update")
  or 'rm $KVROOT/db/[dataset]/DataBase.root'
