non-persistent auto batch name in KaliVedaGUI

Bug description:
the state of the "auto" batch name check box when GUI launches is always
false,
and the job name is not correct. if user does not spot this and re-check the
"auto"
box, jobs can be submitted with wrong (and misleading) names
