Bug description:
general bug affecting all INDRA objects
KVINDRA::fChIo contains all ChIo objects, but fChIo->FindObject("CI_xxxx")
only works
for certain modules
this is because the list was filled in MakeListOfDetectors
BEFORE
the Chio names were defined in SetGroupsAndIDTelescopes
at the end of SetNamesChIo there is a "rehash' of fDetectors
it would be really nice if there was a rehash of fChIo as well
