Mark Boisjoli posted a new comment: Hi Tomasz, I checked, and it looks like the ident file is not written in the hpss directory. You can check with the command : rfdir /hpss/in2p3.fr/group/indra/e503/ident2 | grep "run262" I had the same problem last week, and it was caused by the migration procedure which was blocked. I don't know if it is the case, but it took around 36 hours before the files were finally written in the hpss directory... You can always write to the user support to ask them what it's going on...
