Added by me :P It's supposed to be a bunch of records relating to
identification corrections.
I build the list using an E503 database class (URL for source code below, Line
175 is where each record is added):

I then attempt to assign the records to the E503 id telescopes using an E503
updater class (SetParameters, Line 30):

I tried a clean build thinking I might have a contaminated build
directory but no the problem persists.
I think it could be related to something at startup (when I first build
the list and put it in the database perhaps?), after a clean build my
program worked the first time and then fails all subsequent times.
