Hello.
In kallithea v0.7.0.
When I press the [Add new] link on the user group permissions setting page, it immediately displays `User group permissions
updated`.
Looking at the browser's DevTool, it appears to be making a POST request to the
same page and getting HTTP status 302.
Is this a problem and isn't working?
Or is the functionality not yet implemented?
