You can get dvb drovers for os x here: http://defyne.org/dvb/driver.html the framework covers a bunch of dvb devices, mostly usb-based devices IIRC. I'm pretty sure though that the os level api exported by those drivers is somewhat different comapred to the linux dvb api so it might require some work to make the kamaelia stuff work on os x. OTOH I'm sure a lot of people would appreciate the effort. I think that linux is used on home servers quite a lot whereas os x is more of a desktop os (not counting os x server here since no one uses rack mounted macs at home...?), so therefore linux has seen a lot of dvb development whereas most dvb work on os x is provided by companies like elgato. And for the record i used the drivers from defyne.org as my main tv for half a year so they do work although the iTele app is a bit flaky and not rally suitable for recordings. -- !
